Toxic Exposure
Toxic exposure and injury is unfortunately more common than manufacturers would like to admit. For decades, manufacturers have used toxins in products ranging the full spectrum of consumer usage, including food, pots and pans, kids toys, and construction products like insulation.
Toxic injury is life changing and often life threatening. Victims of toxic poisoning thankfully have recourse under Toxic Tort law and are entitled to damanges. Many toxic tort lawsuits are filed every year and there doesn't seem to be any end in site due to the fact that many toxic poisons take years to manifest to the level of awareness. As an example, Mesothelioma, can take decades to show up as a result of asbestos exposure. Mesothelioma is a cancer.
Toxic Exposure poisoning includes Asbestos, Benzene, Defective Drugs, Food Poisoning, Gadolinium, Lead Poisoning, Manganese, Silicosis, Stevens Johnson Syndrome, Teflon, Toxic Birth Defects, Toxic Mold and Vinyl Chloride.
