Mr. Lawrence has assisted companies with private placements of securities and public offerings, including initial public offerings (IPOs).

Mr. Lawrence began his legal career as a corporate attorney in the Chicago office of Mayer, Brown & Platt, one of the world’s largest law firms.
Mr. Lawrence’s extensive legal experience includes regular advice to clients on general corporate, securities and commercial law matters, including choice of business entity and financing alternatives, employment and non-competition agreements, stock option plans and other compensation arrangements, licensing and distribution agreement, federal and state securities law issues, arbitration and general contractual matters.
