OHIO CRIMINAL DEFENSE EXPERIENCE:

I have represented numerous clients in situations involving alleged sexual assaults and false allegations of child abuse. These include adults accused of adult rape and adults and children accused of molesting their own children, step-children or others. I have been very successful in these cases and have received numerous “Not Guilty” verdicts over the years.

I stay on top of the literature in these areas. I attend conferences around the country where I often lecture and meet some of the top experts in the areas of psychology, psychiatry and medical doctors. I have been able to use the services of these experts to help explain to juries how false allegations come about and how many doctors misinterpret what they see and allege sexual abuse when it may not be abuse at all. Just because an alleged victim says it’s so, does not make it so!

I have represented a woman accused of killing her child by “Shaken Baby Syndrome.” I brought in the top experts around the country and obtained a verdict of “Not Guilty” on her behalf. I represented another couple who lost custody of their child on allegations of shaken baby. Based on the cross-examination of the State’s expert, and the compelling testimony of my expert, the Court returned the child to the parents.

I have handled a number of Ohio drunk driving cases, including homicide cases as a result of alcohol abuse.

I have handled Ohio drug cases ranging from minor offenses to substantial quantities of drugs, including marijuana, cocaine, crack cocaine, PCP, LSD and others.
