Mark Bennett - Attorney at Law in houston
After graduating from Rice University with a degree in Religious Studies, Mark Bennett attended the University of Houston Law Center. Upon his graduation from the University of Houston, Mr. Bennett opened his practice as a solo criminal defense lawyer. He is proud to have never represented the government, fighting only for the rights of the accused. While the firm's practice is centered on Harris County and the surrounding counties, Mr. Bennett has represented clients all over the eastern half of Texas, as well as in other states as far afield as New Jersey and New York, and is available to handle federal cases anywhere in the country. Mr. Bennett is a 1999 graduate of the Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming. He is a former vice president of the Harris County Criminal Lawyers' Association.

Jennifer Bennett is a longtime resident of Houston. She graduated from the University of Houston and the University of Houston Law Center. After practicing family law and real estate law for a Houston firm, she joined Mark in defending the rights of the accused. She is content to remain outside the spotlight, quietly working away while Mark gets all the glory.
